If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we request a 24 hour notice. Guests cancel in less than 24 hours will be charged a 50 % cancellation fee unless we can fill the reservation. If the appointment is missed altogether a 100% charge will be made,

“Hey there, just wanted to ask – what happens if I end up being late?”

It is possible we may have to shorten or re-schedule your appointment. If your treatment is shortened, it will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. We hope you understand.

To ensure your accommodation please book 2 to 4 weeks in advance. Clients are welcome to book ahead for their next appointment when checking out with the front desk. We are booked a few weeks out.

Can you provide me with information about my cellphone?

Clients are welcome to bring their cell phones with them to their appointment, however, we ask that you put them on silence and please refrain from using it during your service or when checking out.

Could you please let me know which payment methods are accepted by Sogno?

Payment is made at the end of your visit at the front desk. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express Cash, and Personal Checks (with a valid driver’s license number). If using a gift card, we ask that you bring it with you to your appointment and present it at the time of check out.

Just a reminder that Sogno still has protocols in place! Let’s make sure we all follow them to keep everyone safe and happy.

It is always better to be overly cautious than to take unnecessary risks. Therefore, we will maintain our policy of requesting guests to reschedule their appointments if they exhibit symptoms or have been in contact with COVID-19 or the flu, irrespective of their vaccination status.
If you opt to wear a mask, we will also do the same.

Yes, It is a protocol

It is a must to use our prescribed clarifying shampoo before you arrive for hair color. Sogno always has disposable containers on the Sogno porch that you can pick up any time of day. We can clarify for you but many of my guests have enjoyed having their hair already prepped before they arrive. You also may purchase a bottle when you come for your appointment. Everyone would benefit from using Clarifying Shampoo every week or two!

This is why! Clarifying shampoos also go under the names “purifying, “detox” and “deep-cleansing. What they’re designed to do is remove stubborn build-up from your hair. Some brands are misleading and are not safe for our purpose. Clarifying shampoos also help to lift away mineral deposits from hard water, minerals, medication, and the chlorine and other chemicals that stick to hair. Your hair will perform better for you! And before color it prevents a chemical reaction from occurring. This past year a local salon did not follow that protocol and a chemical burn occurred on a client’s scalp. The girl was hospitalized. You may not use Neutrogena, vinegar, baking soda, or any other brands.

At Sogno we study the science of how this works and will not ignore the facts. It is for your safety.
