I love Facebook for Business. We get to share what’s going on in our community, share our talented stylists work, share our travels, inform our clients on whats new, and support other businesses. However, I am a little disturbed this morning as I was reading the reviews about us. There are a few people out here that have gone onto our Facebook to give us one or two star reviews. When I looked them up in our client base they have never been to Sogno. I did notice they are fans of another salon. Hmmm? Everyday I learn something new about business! We recently hosted another salon owner who wanted to “Shadow” us for a day. We encourage more. We love to share!
